African American Dance Performance

It was so wonderful to see both my girls in a performance together!!!!!! They did a wonderful job! and just really loved their costumes. It was an African American performance for Black History Month, and the dance teachers at the school has danced with the Alvin Ailey Dance school! She did a great job!

One Year Ago!!!!!!! Feb.2010

Not to long ago I was at a all time high packing, unpacking, and preparing to bring my girls home, during this very month, there was snow on the ground, the temperatures were low, just like now, and I had worked up a large bag of nerves and anxiety as the days started to close in on me. I sure can not believe that it has only been a year since they have been home. It seems much much longer. Not sure if it has something to do with the girls being a perfect match for us, and we a perfect match for them. I think at times if the transition would have been different had there been children already in the home? I think maybe its time to add an addition, but then I say to myself....ummmmmm, things are so perfect now, how much better could or would they be able to get.

So much has happened during this year, those that follow my blog, would agree......(I hope)

I can write about how perfect they are through out this post or do a year in review, but I think you all know how I feel about them, so I am going to make it sweet and short, as we mark our 1 year anniversary with some before and after pics!!!!! it is amazing......... to see how they have grown!!!

LILI and Shaddi, mommy loves you both sooooo much, words can't begin to define the infinite love and dreams I have for you girls!!!!!
