Shopping, Shopping and more Shopping, did I mention dreaming also?

Well I have to admit the butterflies have started in the pit of my stomach, and I have to go all the way to the end of the week for my sweet victory.  Yall pray w/me and for me now!!!

Well I have learned so many things through this entire process but the one that stands out is that I LOVE to shop!!! and feel it can cure almost anything!  LOL.....As most know I expected my girls home by June, but the LORD said now was not the time, however, you know how man can be, we ignore the inner voice that speaks to us far to often! well, anyway I have brought my girls so many cute summer outfits that I am now trying to find things to take w/me to ET in August, b/c during that time it is cold, and raining, so the girls will need the total opposite of what there wardrobes consist of now!!!

Well anyway no need to fret, there were some things I can take even thought they are  not as cute as the outfits I first anticipated taking with me to ET, and I have ordered some jeans to so they are set.  (not that I have a travel date, or even passed court for that matter, but I am claiming the Sweet Victory)

In the attempt of building their wardrobe I seem to have forgotten about the fun stuff, like toys, dolls, and stuff that will keep them occupied while mommy is talking to all their cyber aunties on the phone/computer.  Today was the day, I became a kid again and brought toys, toys, and more toys for the girls, I got a leaspter hand held learning game, by leap frog, that dang thing is expensive not to mention that cartridges.  I brought barbie doll clothes, I brought, some board games, hungry hungry hippo, (yall remember that), candy land, twister,  Go fish.......I brought back packs, crayons, coloring books, batteries ( yeah the leap frog device takes 4 each), I brought, slippers ( I must say they are diva-ish)LOL, I brought, Hello Kitty bath robes, well they are actually towels, with the hoods on them, matching wash clothes, I know any old wash cloth from my linen closet would have done the job, but it had to match, I found these really cute travel pillow and blanket combo for children in the form of a back pack, I also got, lip gloss(yeah I know) but you gotta find ways to keep them occupied on the plane  LOL, and the last thing I got were sunshades and some really nice plastic bracelets and rings to match..........had so much fun shopping until I got to the register..... It hit me buying double everything can be pretty expensive in the toy department!!! 

I am done, shopping for the girls, I am  concentrating on the needed items to travel!!! started picking those up here and there, and I have to tell you the list goes on and on, to afraid not to buy it, and to cheap to buy it! Yeah, I only like to buy and spend my money on certain things that brings me enjoyment! and the things on my list don't bring me no enjoyment!!!  

Anyway off to get ready for work, enjoy the nice breeze coming through the windows after all that rain.

  

Seven days.....Sweet Victory...My Blessing (s) is on the way

I thought long and hard a/b this post. June 26 will be our third attempt at passing court. I am asking for double and triple prayers. I did find out, although it makes No sense to me, why we did not make it in court on the 9th of June, but no need to stay there to ponder, and wonder, why it seems like each time we go before the jude something new is needed.

I know this is all common and happens in this process, however, just like every others adoptive mother's wish, I would like to pass and bring my girls home very soon. I am claiming it!!!! The sweet victory!!!!!, that the third time is the charm, and I can post come next friday the good news.

Staying Strong For My "Girls"

Well baby girls,

we did not make it through court today, at this point I have no info and not even a new court date.

It sounds like more papers are needed (supporting documents) I won't know more until later.

while waiting to hear the news this AM, I played this song on my ipod and it is so fitting for todays news, no matter what (God) is always providing for "us" and his Mercy is what we see. Hang in there baby girls, keep the faith...

A Mother's Prayer

OK Baby Girls,

Mommy is on bending knee, a bit nervous this go round, but keeping the faith.....
Maybe I was a bit to cool the last time, maybe not! LOL
Lots of energy, scrubbing floors, walls, even watered the plants in the yard!!! (how crazy is that?? LOL) at 9 o clock in the evening!!!
