One of my favorite ET Restaurants

I do have to admit that I was not a fan of ET food the very first time I tried it years ago, I did not even know what that spongy bread was even called, not to mention the sour taste that just turned me off, but like anything else when it comes to cooking, it all depends on the cook...... Here is one of my favorite ET restaurants, the food is excellent.  I plan to take my mom there when she visits in April for her first experience w/ET food.

I will complete my program in April with a 4.0 GPA w/a masters in Educational Leadership and it has been really hard to concentrate especially after getting my referral of the girls, but I do operate better under pressure. I know most are asking what exam did I take, it was for the school leadership licensure assessment, I can be a school principal or one day open my own school!!!

I had a relapse!! 

If you guys can recall from my previous post a few months agao I went a bit over board w/purchases on EBay.....I decided to take a look and see after finding these beautiful dresses on a popular site for my girls that were way over 60 bucks per dress......... yeah right, aint no dress for a little girl worth that much..b/c I am a bargain shopping momma.....just luv a sale!!!! I could not bring myself to buy them, until I left no stone unturned in searching for a cheaper price....

so I said let me see if ebay has them......well, I should have have stopped when I could not recall my password, but NO.........I kept on going.... fixated on figuring out my password. Once I got in, BAM!!! there were the dresses for 20 bucks each.  I am just watching them for now!!! But knowing me the way I do those dresses are as good as got!!!!

I really don't want to start this addiction up again!!! so I have made a list room by room of what needs to be done b/f the girls get here  and I think if I stick to it, plus my two days a week spin classes at the gym, that should cure the urge to shop on Ebay.....you think?

Well as for Ms. El-Shaday, I think my thought of putting a twist on her name is SO OVER!!!!

she is El-Shaday, not El-Shaddi.. and don't you ever forget it!!! She ain't really saying it like this in the video but it was so nice to hear her say her name the RIGHT WAY!!...... LOL she was asked her name and she said it plain as day!!!

Helina was able to say her name...which I never thought of putting a different spin on her name, b/c I think it fits her perfectly.

They were asked if they loved their sister and Helina had this big grin on her face, thought a/b it and then said yes by shaking her head.....

Another high note to end a night on......

I feel so blessed to be able to have these moments w/my girls
